In fact, five of the top six brands in the Indian market are owned or managed by Gitanjali. These brands manifest the significance of the group in the Indian Jewellery retailing market. Additionally, the company operates 143 retail Jewellery stores located across the United States through the acquisitions of Samuels jewelers and Roger Jewelers.

THE CONCEPT

Maya Jewellery, the multibrand lifestyle Jewellery store retails high end Jewellery brands like Asmi, Nakshatra, Sangini, DIya etc and lifestyle accessories in an international ambience coupled with the Indian hospitality. The products are a personification of elegance and grandeur designed to celebrate the enigma of a woman. When a customer walks into our store he is spoilt for choice and never leaves the store empty handed.

FORMAT COMMERCIALS

TERMS AND CONDITION
1. Exclusive Franchisee agreement to be signed between Gitanjali Lifestyle and the franchisee with 3years minimum lock in period. 
2. Store fit outs to be done by the franchisee as per company format. 
3. The average stock of Rs.200-250 Lakhs. to be maintained by the franchisee at the store. 
4. Payment terms 50% at the time of placing order and balance 50% before store opening and despatch of stocks. 
5. Gitanjali will provide POS materials required for sale of products. 
6. Goods will be sold on MRP from the MAYA store. 
7. One time nominal franchisee fee of Rs.3 lakhs to be paid by the franchisee towards license fee for the following support from the company.
