Asmi Diamond jewellery was originally introduced in 2002 by the Diamond Trading Corporation (DTC), before being handed over Gitanjali Gems Limited.

TERMS AND CONDITION
1. Exclusive Franchisee agreement to be signed between Gitanjali Lifestyle and the franchisee with 3years minimum lock in period.
2. Store fit outs to be done by the franchisee as per company format.
3. The average stock of Rs.60 to 80 Lakhs. to be maintained by the franchisee at the store.
4. Payment terms 50% at the time of placing order and balance 50% before store opening and despatch of stocks.
5. Gitanjali will provide POS materials required for sale of products.
6. Goods will be sold on MRP from the Asmi store.
7. One time nominal franchisee fee of Rs.1.5 lakhs to be paid by the franchisee towards license fee for the following support from the company.
